Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Returns

– You may return any unused and undamaged item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@villheart.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your return package.
– Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all tags and labels intact.

2. Exchanges

– If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
– We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

3. Refunds

– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
– Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

– If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
– Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to facilitate the return process.

5. Return Authorization

– All returns must be authorized by VillHeart prior to shipment. Please do not send any items back without obtaining a return authorization (RA) number from our customer service team.
– Returns received without a valid RA number may be subject to delays in processing or refusal.
